I'm a little slow today. I just switched to Sanka. So...have a heart?

Informal Poll:

So. I'm going to need you, gentle reader, to leave your feedback via comments. Anonymous, Public, whatever.

But if you're a regular, please vote, because I aim to please, and I'd hate to think that the dewy gems of literature that pour forth from my digits are going unread and unappreciated.

Here's the issue: I realize that some of my posts are a little long.

Do you read the whole things?

Or Do you stop after a couple paragraphs?

Now, I won't lie and say that I read allllllll of eeeevery post eeeeever, but I generally read the whole thing. As a rule. But, I'm also frequently bored at work.

So. With the long posts. Are you reading them? Or are you skimming the long ones?

Or skipping them altogether?

Your feedback is appreciated.

If the topic piques my interest, I'll read a long post. If you don't catch my attention in the first few sentences, I won't. I'm not wild about movie clips, but it's my computer's problem, not mine. Most of the time I like them short and sweet. Infact, I'd rather read 6 or 7 short bits than 1 long bit. Attention span and all that.

Okay. Duly noted. Other people? Mike? Jess? Erik? I know where you stand, MM. And Jooly.

And no, Laura, you didn't hurt my feelings. :)

I asked, didn't I? I type really quickly, so a post gets very long, very fast.

As for you, RT, where did your blog go? It's busted!

hey-o! i agree with rootietoot: if i like the topic, i will read every word. If the topic isn't my cup of tea, then I will more than likely read very quickly and try and pick up the most outrageous parts. movie posts are OK, but I don't have speakers at work. and i try not to just sit at the comp when i am home (that is a total lie).

I guess that would explain the lack of commentary the past few days. I thought it was right where I left it.

Nope. All I see is your banner and an arrow that says "This is a bar where text could go."

As far as I can see, your blog is offline.

Thanks, Becks. :) I knew there was a reason I liked you when Alli introduced us -- even though you subsequently caused me to join ASM and be entirely clueless about anything I was doing while fighting for good...

I still don't know what an "appropriation" is. (Yes, actually, I do. Seven years later.)

I read them all, but I am also frequently bored out of my mind at work. When I'm busy at work, I catch up on your blog a few days later. Hence, why my posts are usually weeks after you write! I have always been riveted by your every word!

I read the long ones thoroughly if its a topic I love (bashing Miami generally, bashing Miami drivers, bashing Miami service people, etc.). If it isn't a fav topic then I will skim it unless I am at work, in which case I read every last word.

Don't change!

I have read enough of your posts to know that even though they are long I should stick with it because it is usually worth it at the end.

But I'll admit to skimming the middle sometimes.

I usually read them all, unless they're about a topic I do not relate to well. Keep the YouTube posts - your childhood is my childhood.
