Sad...but...

We had a terrible accident in Broward County where a motorcycle and another car were racing, and the motorcycle hit a car pulling out of a shopping center, flipping the car over, and killing its driver.

And now the family of the dead driver wants the other car that was drag racing the motorcycle to come forward.

Right. That'll totally happen.

Furthermore, I hate to say it, but the accident was the dead guy's fault.

A car at an intersection has a duty to yield to traffic already in the street. He pulled out in front of the motorcycle. Although the motorcycle's speed played a factor in the accident, from the way I look at it, the accident was all the dead guy's fault. He should have waited until after the race went by.

I totally sympathize with the victim's family, but...the accident, ultimately, is the victim's fault.

I don't know...the racing cars could have been behind a blind spot on the road or coming around a curve.

How could a motorcycle flip over a car?

What if they were being blinded by a cuban/hatian/kids on bikes/wild animals crossing the street where they shouldn't have?

Touche, Shawn. Touche.

Nevertheless. Would you dart out in the street if a goat was blocking your view of oncoming traffic? ;)
