For my opinion...
Martin Yan of Yan Can Cook! Is the best tv cooking personality ever. He's cooking with Emeril right now, and I suddenly realize that he is...without a doubt...the best guy ever to cook on TV. He's funny, he's got SKILLLLZ...he makes amazing looking food, and his little Chinese accent is adorable.

I don't think he can be a food network star, when he's had a show on PBS for like the past 30 years... He's basically his own entity... He was also one of the first people that made me watch cooking shows on those long boring Sunday afternoons, growing up without cable... That's right. I said it.
