That's the thing, RT - I get to sleep just fine. It's just that I wake up at 2-3 a.m. and don't get back to sleep. Weekday or weekend. It doesn't matter.

Hm. Are you drinking in the evening (alcohol, that is)? That can affect sleep. I have similar chronic sleep issues, and have a plethora of chemical remedies that i rotate, because they none of them work for more than a week at a time. Maybe you need to live in a boring place like...Statesboro! (I know, you'd rather cut off your left arm first, and I don't blame you)

Not sleeping will make a person tired. In my experience, anyway. It's the weekend soon, perhaps you could sleep then?
