Are you fucking joking me?! Why in God's name are they building a SEVENTY STORY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING next to the new Performing Arts Center, next to the Venetian Causeway, in an area that ALREADY CANNOT take the vehicular traffic that a Performing Arts Center brings?!

And that's to say NOTHING about the over-saturation of new buildings going up in the area, in a market that is in a HOUSING CRISIS.
