I made a Brisket. :) It's just not a real sickness unless there's a slow-cooked food in there somewhere. I did particularly well on this one. I want to dive into it, and it was half the work of my regular brisket. Viva la Joy of Cooking! :)
Oh, and I didn't buy the Allegra. It was $120.00. Meh to that!

I used Allegra once. I remember being insanely, unreasonably happy. It was peculiar.
