I have a hearing tomorrow morning... on a bullshit discovery motion.

I am so sick of dealing with this sleazy Boca law firm... I can't even begin to put it into words.

Their Motion for Protective Order and to Quash and Objections to my third party subpoena was 1) served too late and 2) THEY HAVE NO STANDING TO MOVE FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER IN THIS SCENARIO.

UGH.

I think this'll be totally appealable if the judge doesn't deny their motion and compel the bank to give me the bank statements.

But still. I want to smash them. It'll be all I can do to keep from telling opposing counsel to fuck himself during the hearing.
