Breakfast Idea for ThisIsWhyYou'reFat.Com

StuffedFrenchToastyBreadPudding:

Ingredients:

~ A Couple Packages of French Toast Sticks - probably a lot. Like... five?
~ Two or three boxes of cheese blintzes
~ Cinnamon
~ Cointreau
~ Canned strawberries... or frozen strawberries, thawed and drained, liquid reserved
~ a pint of Cream
~ Six eggs
~ Salt
~ Sugar
~ Cream cheese
~ Syrup

Directions:

I don't know. Like, bake the French Toast Sticks until they're almost done. Keep warm.

In melted butter, pan fry the Blintzes until they're golden on the outside. Keep warm.

Put the French Toast Sticks them in a buttered dish, so that there's a layer of French toast sticks on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish, and there's a ring of french toast sticks, lengthwise, on top of the bottom layer of french toast sticks, along the outside of the pan. Fill the center of the pan with cheese blintzes, alternating a blintz with some strawberries. Drizzle the Blintzes and strawberries with strawberry juice, keeping some behind.

Beat the remaining strawberry juice with the cream cheese, until mixed. Spread over the Blintzes and berries.

Beat the eggs, salt, cinnamon, a generous splash of Cointreau, and a fist full of sugar together (this is how I cook and invent things. I toss fist fulls... is that weird? Maybe. But I'm an excellent cook.) Add the cream and beat some more. Then add some generous squeeze-fulls of syrup. pour 3/4 of this over the french toast sticks and shit in the pan.

Top with the remaining French Toast Sticks, covering the entire pan with them. Dump the rest of the egg mixture over it, and bake at 325 for like... a while, until it's almost set.

Right before it sets, douse the top with more syrup, and turn the broiler on low, until the top is bubbly and carmelized.

Mmmmmmm!

Holy shit. That sounds amazing. I may have to try it this weekend.
